Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days only for standard trays SOLD ON WEBSITE IF ANY. NO RETURNS , REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE . For all returns a restocking fee of 20% will be charged unless damages. Refund will be issued to original method of payment less shipping charges . If buyer was offered Free Shipping at time of purchase and returns the item , shipping charges will be deducted from item purchase amount. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns. Custom orders are final sale, no returns and no exchange. If the client manipulated a custom made tray, we can’t accept a return at any circumstance. You have 1 week to report to us for any problems with packages.
